Access
To ensure our customers are able to fully enjoy Fourcroft's facilities, we
draw attention to the following:-
- 6 slate steps, with non-slip
white luminous marker strips and handrails, lead from The Croft into the (ground
floor) front entrance - aluminium telescopic ramps are available
- a secondary
entrance from the rear car park leads via 5 steps to the ground floor - parking
spaces can be reserved
- a portable induction loop is available from reception
- the
ground floor is level throughout and includes a fully accessible toilet; there
is no overnight accommodation on the ground floor
- 10 steps from the ground
floor lead to the lift, which serves the 3rd (top) floor without further steps
- 24
hour porterage is available
- corridors are fully colour contrasted
- two
3rd floor bedrooms are interconnecting
- all bedrooms are equipped with
telephones, cordless kettles and remote control TVs
- teletext TV and big
button telephones are available
- wheelchair hire can be arranged
- menus
can be made available in large print
- all staff are trained in disability
awareness
- the hotel is within the town of Tenby, though 5 minutes ('able
bodied') walk from the town centre
- buses stop a 1/2 mile away - some of
them have low-loading capability. Trains stop at Tenby station, also about a 1/2
mile away
- 'O2' & 'One 2 One' telephone networks do not function in our
area
